found you very helpful as I have had a few questions that I wanted answered. Also found Craig very polite but I wasnt quite up to what he was going to do on his first visist, i.e. removing plug of grass. however still got faith in you all that I will eventually have a good looking lawn!! Now awaiting the grass seed to be sown.

This appointment was so different to what I had experience before from Greensleeves, The accounting prior to June has been appalling, not sending invoices to correct email; address, not correcting their mistakes (admitted) stating payment not received.had but apparently misallocated(admitted) corrected and made it worse. Staff now smart and notified of attendance by ringing door bell Will happily pay this next invoice as my garden benefits from the treatment given.

My garden was once very green, weed free and looked very healthy. That was a few years back! I know the weather has a BIG bearing on the grass but come on, it's been like this for years. I know other people, who use this company and others like it, who all seem to say the same, that their grass is the same. Why is this so? I believe, as they do that the stuff you put on the grass has been diluted somewhat to save costs. It is DEFINITELY no where near as good as it once was. I am very disappointed in the service you apply. All you do, as the other companies do is always recommending different options for the garden, which obviously costs more money for the customers. God knows how much more we would have to pay to get our gardens looking like they used to, years ago. We can't all be wrong.
