Always remind me of visit date . They visit and leave everything as they found it . No mess , gates closed. Made a huge difference to appearance of lawn .. no weeds!

Sadly yesterday was my last treatment with Greensleeves this is nothing to do with the company its simply because my lawn was laid over very poor earth/clay & no matter how hard Dave tried he was beaten by the quality of the ground . Dave is a lovely lad & I'll miss his visits but it just wasn't to be

Been paying them for 2 years and the lawns were not looking any better so decided to cancel. The boss of the local branch came out to the house and was clearly not happy that we had cancelled and he had a disgusting attitude and was very intimidating. Would not use them again after this experience.

I was very happy with the service until today, when Greensleeves informed me by email that a new franchisee was taking over, effective immediately.

On what planet do Greensleeves believe that it is appropriate to change who is going to have access to a customer's private property with absolutely no consultation or notice. Customers are clearly an afterthought.

I have cancelled the service, also effective immediately. I am certain that Greensleeves will not care about this because they obviously have no interest in what their customers think.

UPDATE. I have had a conversation with the person who has taken over. I have not agreed anything with that person. It’s not their fault that this situation has occurred, it’s the fault of Greensleeves. And to date I have had no response whatsoever to my cancellation email. Despite the fact that the new person has taken over, effectively immediately, they are currently away on holiday. Having spoken to them, they will be away again when my next appointment was booked in. Hardly the best way to start running a business is it? I’m waiting for a response to my email before cancelling my direct debit.

Everything is covered and a good job completed. I am very happy with the way you do things without disturbing me.
