The car was a crunky car, my deposit was not returned
The car was a crunky car, with more than 150k kilometers on board, with check engine light on all the time, with noises when starting the engine from the induction belt. It was with many scratches from other customers and was given very dirty at the pick up site, not cleaned from the previous customer. I waited hours to get the car after I gave them my drivers license and paid a deposit of 500 euros which was never returned. I contacted Green Motion by email and no response, the telephone is not working. When I returned, I washed the car, I took pictures of the car it was in same condition, they asked me to give a very good review so I get my deposit returned sooner. I gave them a good review but my deposit was not returned and now I write the real experience which was quite negative.
