On arrival at the airport, follow signs to the Rental Car Center and take the Miami Mover Train from the terminal to the Rental Center. Once there, follow signs to the Off-Airport Shuttle pick-up area just outside the doors, and find Bus Stop #1 for the Green Motion shuttle, which takes a short 3-5 minute ride to the office. Avoid Green Motion at all costs. My experience was an absolute nightmare, defined by deceptive business practices, aggressive counter tactics, and hidden fees that far exceeded my original quote. On top of that, their customer service is entirely non-existent when trying to resolve billing discrepancies or get a straight answer regarding held funds. They make it nearly impossible to get your security deposit back, forcing you to go through your credit card company just to get your money. Save yourself the stress and rent from a reputable company instead."
