It took too much time to pick up the car. The deposit was 806 euro for small car, Fiat 500, and STILL those money are blocked, which is very incorrect. The return of the car was extremly slow anf took us another hour and a half. The only good thing was the car itself, only 2600 km, almost brand new.

Thank you for recognising that the car itself was nearly new. We understand that the long collection and return process, together with the €806 deposit still showing as blocked, overshadowed that. We cannot see the authorisation status from the review. Please email your rental reference privately to ics@cs.greenmotion.com so customer services can check the deposit and explain the timing.
