Amazing experience, perfect products and arrived in 10 days from Morocco directly, which is great, CS greeat as well

Great products great quality.

I purchased some perfume Greenmood's website online and paid an additional £20 for delivery.
Nearly 3 weeks later the purchases have still not arrived and my emails to the company enquiring about a delivery date have gone unanswered.

I received my package within 2 weeks. I was contacted when it arrived and it was all intact. I will contact you about how to best to apply the 3 concurrently especially using exfoliator soap - i have not used the soap before. thanks

Really fast and safe delivery. But the price is a little bit high, higher than in the store.

I ordered for delivery in Spain, but I could not get it. However, they very quickly reached out to let me know that they did not have distribution for Spain anymore and that I would be reimburse ASAP. They offered alternative solution as well, from Italy and were very professional handling the situation. So their customer care service is at the level of the excellent quality of their product. They should just update their e-commerce platform more quickly to avoid these issues.

No confirmation of order. No communication from e-shop side at all ( no response to my e-mail)
