Within 24h of working days
Within 24h of working days, the 2 ordered solar panels already arrived to my place. During the free transport one of the 2 panels was broken, but also for the delivery of the new panel to replace the broken panel, the service was excelent: a very kind woman on the phone asked me to take pictures of the broken panel and the package which I had to send via email. The panels are working very well, also with only a little bit of sunshine! Great teamwork at GreenIce! Thank you all!

Delivered incorrect product
I ordered alu profiles for LED strips. But they did not send the profiles I ordered, but another variant. Which also was cheaper then the ones i had ordered (and already paid). I addition to being the wrong products, the profiles also had scratch marks.
Have tried to contact them, but no response...
Update 2022-12-19:
As seen below response from company.
I have sent the mail to the mail address the show and also to their info mail address.
Still no response....

After more then 4,5 months my order arrived. I already ordered my lamps elsewhere so I lost money for nothing.

Qualité de produits exécrables. Le contrôle qualité des produits vendus est inexistant, sentiment de limite faire face à une arnaque. Certes la commande et la livraison se sont déroulées correctement pour ma part mais ce sont les seuls points positifs à noter concernant cette transaction. Je ne saurais que déconseiller d'acheter sur ce site.
The quality of the products is so poor. It seems there isn't any quality control over the selled goods that I feel almost beeing in front of a scam. Hoewever my order and the shipping were done correctly but it is the only positive points I can notice regarding this purchase. I could only warning you to not buy on this website.

I purchased a floor lamp and a bulb. They sent me a floor lamp that is used.. legs are full of scratches, connecting metal is bent, shade is completely ruined. Its not just used, it had been used at least for months. They I sent them emails, filled up form on their site. No response! Absolute disgrace. Never again
