Esme was incredibly helpful. She was initially attentive without being over bearing and nothing was too much trouble. I was very indecisive about what car to go for and she didn't push, just provided advice. Thank you!

We always receive a warm welcome by the front of office personnel. Offered a drink, and informed when the person looking after our vehicle will come to us. Jacob was our service contact. He looks after us very well (this was our 2nd time we have met Jacob) We travel from Aberystwyth and he ensures our car is charged for our return journey. Explains everything to us. Love the video the mechanic sends to us. Very helpful information. Great service from all the staff.

Greenhous supplied a new Corsa early…
Greenhous supplied a new Corsa early this year that had been damaged, they took it back for repair. Said they had just clipped the bumper back on and adjusted the bonnet but that was a lie. They fitted a new bumper discarding the parking sensors and delivered it back with a parking sensor fault. Agreed compensation and then withdrew the offer. We have had an unusable new car on site for 6 months. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Extremely Smooth Process
I bought a used car from Greenhous a week ago without part exchange. Ed made the whole experience brilliant. He bent over backwards to help with any future servicing requirements that I needed. He was professional and very friendly answering any questions I had. I road tested the car without Ed in the vehicle. He was never pushy about the sale at all. After deciding to purchase the car, I collected it a few days later. The whole process was excellent, and so far, I am very pleased with the vehicle.
