Car Service and MOT
MOT revealed a failure item which I then authorised remedying. Subsequent car service also revealed a problem item I wasn't aware of (single tyre puncture) which I also authorised remedying. Despite all the additional work needed my car was ready for return to me by the time I had requested when I booked the car in. This was the thing that made me 100% satisfied.

Bought brand new car last week
Bought brand new car last week, fast and easy process. just a heads up when you buy a new 25 plate you get no welcome package no gifts, flowers etc nothing if you buy the new car, just get a handshake. other than that pretty straight forward n easy but thought i would’ve got a little thanks gift with this car, especially driving 5.30 hours to pick it up. couldn’t fault anything else, thanks tom 👍🏼

Excellent all round
Lee assisted me in buying my car, I found his personable and non-pushy approach refreshing. He was incredibly helpful and reassuring with an all round knowledge of the car I was buying. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Even though it’s a bit of a trek from where I live I would definitely buy from this dealership again.

I had a good experience in changing my car I went greenhous Shrewsbury with open mind Sales exec Paul Kemp was excellent in showing me what was available for my budget. I knew nothing a the qashqai e power however Paul explained it fully both on the forecourt and on a test drive. I am so far pleased with the car and the after sales service from Paul and the dealership.

Greenhous came good
Greenhous delivered a new car with small dents in the passenger door. We discovered these and sent photos within 2 hours of delivery as the car was sat on our driveway during that time.....door camera supports this. In the end, Greenhous came through and sorted out our worries 👍
