My initial order from them had free p&p at checkout but they then cancelled it and said that actually it wasn't free unless over a certain value and could I place my order again. Their website wouldn't allow me to pay for p&p, so I ended up ordering more stuff so that I would "qualify" for free p&p.
Also, their sizes are absolute BS! They run very small. I would advise sizing up one of not two sizes.
Spent over £200 on the website and got free delivery. A few days later got a £60 duties and taxes charge.
Imagine if I didn't get free shipping that would have been £30 shipping plus £60 duties and taxes. End up spending £90 just on shipping. Not worth it, won't buy from here again
Very bad, I got held at gunpoint by workers there and forced to clean up the shop, I think one of the workers was drunk too and they stole my wallet, they better lawyer up.
I ordered a headguard 17 days ago, they notified me that they shipped it 16 days ago, but no tracking code was provided. Delivery was £6 and meant to arrive within 2-3 days.
I still haven’t got my headguard.
I wrote twice to them and no response was received.
Terrible customer service!! I got through to someone on the phone, who said they would check with the post office 3 days ago and they are still checking!!!
I messaged again to chase the tracking code and they are not answering.
How frustrating! At this pount I think they just robbed me, can’t get my head-guard or a refund.
