I ordered my item and it has not…
I ordered my item and it has not arrived. I contacted them to ask where it was, the tracking information I have says it is still in transit and then today I got an email asking me to rate my experience for the order stating that they 'fulfilled my order 14 data ago'
Poor communication and still not received the item I paid for, very frustrating.

The products are great but the box arrived open and was left in my porch which I did not authorise and which is not safe for such a big and relatively valuable package.
