The representative Craig was here for over an hour carefully explaining everything about solar panels and our placement of them. No sales pressure applied but just extremely helpful advice and somehow personalised to fit our situation.

Super easy to deal with. Although we didnt go for the solar panels and battery at this point in time, they were very informative and helpful with no pushing of sales. I much appreciated that as I am always wary of 'free quotes'.

Joe was absolutely fantastic. Assessment was thorough and any questions answered immediately. A consummate professional. Very excited to get the heat pump sorted and reclaim a great deal of the garden from the oil tank. No more stingy use of heating to save money, still saving despite that! Much appreciated, highly recommended!

Although my purchase with Greener Energy Group didn’t go through in the end, I still wanted to take a moment to share my experience. From start to finish, the service I received from Laura and Joe was very professional. They were professional and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.

I would give Greener Energy Group 5 stars for promptness and attentiveness. I did feel however we were slightly pushed towards making a quick decision to install a smaller solar system that wouldn't require any fees or submission to the local electricity network operator. We held off and got quotes from other companies who suggested we had a good situation for a bigger system and that as a a lot of the costs related to the fitting process (scaffolding etc.) rather than the solar panels themselves it often made sense to go for a bigger system. They also did less scare-mongering about how difficult the application process and fee might be. In the event we could afford and went for a slightly bigger system and the application process was for us quick, straightforward and inexpensive.

I recently asked green energetic group to do an assessment at my flat for the installation of an airsourced heatpump. Laura and Craig did a great job explain a lot of essential details to me, from the requirements for the location of the heatpump to the diameter necessary for the radiator pipes (and if that is an issue in my house or not). I can highly recommend to get such an assessment done, as I learned a lot I have not been aware of about the suitability of my flat. In the end I decided against getting it, but I felt it was a well informed decision. Thank you!

From initial enquiry to installation took less than three weeks. GEG arranged all of the advance permissions, and the installation would have been completed in a single day, except that the engineer found some unusual ducting underneath our house. This necessitated a change in plans and the installation of a different battery, but everything was still completed by lunchtime on the next day. Follow up care from Arlene and Laura has also been excellent

Sought greener energy to carry out the install of an air source heat pump. Seeing a good job at my neighbours, I contacted them to enquire about going forward. Dealt with all people from Rachel, Laura, Debbie, Tony and Matt throughout the process. All have been very helpful and considerate to your needs. The guys came to install and worked non stop to complete the job in a timely and tidy manner. Happy to have went with this company. Even after install I still get calls to check all ok.

Initial contact from Greener Energy Group to set up a consultation for potential solar and battery install, Stuart the rep was welcomed and provided us with a very detailed no obligation package, all questions we had at the time were answered and found it a no brainer to get the deal. The install team (both electricians and scaffold solar panel engineers) arrived on the same day as planned and the whole system was installed, commissioned and up and running the same day, Steven (electrician) and his crew informed us of the stages they were at all the time and took the time to answer any further questions we had, and made time for chatting in general, these guys were quick, efficient and extremely friendly and helpfull throughout - been a long time since i had that top level service.
After install, Laura and a few others (i forget their names so can only apologise) contacted us as after market to ensure we were 100% with everything before completing the deal and getting all certification and paperwork transferred.
Greener Energy Group took care of everything and has made our install pain and hassle free and a joy to have - a massive thank you to all the Greener Energy Crew.

Craig took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions with patience, and ensured I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Laura followed-up with me after the survey in a way that I didn't feel pressure.

Even though things didn’t materialise this time around, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend working with them.

We had munroe round to give us a quote very knowledgeable and answered everything we asked. Had heat pump fitted and we are delighted with the installation and the way everything works. After everything we had Laura on the phone for a follow up and made sure we were happy very good service all together

Greener Energy were one of the few forms contacted who responded quickly. They despatched their surveyor who spent a considerable amount of time evaluating the energy issues pertaining to the property. The conclusion was that for a property of the size, given the construction method, and the extant insulation we had, the possibility of purchasing an air source heat pump was at a level beyond our means, despite the grants available. Nevertheless, when we declined a way forward, it was heartening to receive a response relating to hybrid solutions (oil/ASHP). Laura has kept us informed throughout.
