Paid for item and nothing was sent. Months of emails with no response. Scammers

Thank You, Mark and Green Earth Lighting!

I honestly cannot thank Mark and the team at Green Earth Lighting enough for the excellent customer service they provided. Mark promised to send me my LED strip lights, and he delivered exactly as promised. I received my IP67-rated, 15W LED strip lights, and to my pleasant surprise, they also included the Mi-Light controller and remote control at no extra cost and sent everything without charging me for delivery.

What impressed me most was not just the product, but the way Mark handled everything. He listened, followed through on his word, and made sure I received what was promised. That level of service deserves genuine recognition.

To be completely honest, I was initially nervous after reading some of the negative reviews online. I nearly missed out on purchasing these lights because of those reviews. However, my personal experience has been very different, and I am genuinely glad I decided to give Green Earth Lighting a chance.

Mark, thank you for keeping your promise, for your generosity, and for treating me with respect. You have restored my confidence and shown me how much good customer service matters. I truly appreciate everything you have done.

If you are considering buying from Green Earth Lighting, my advice is to judge a business by your own experience. Mine has been a very positive one, and I am happy to share it. I would gladly recommend them based on the service I received.

List price is $312 for 4 x Philips Hue Akari. At checkout they add the sales tax, which is illegal to do in Australia - a list price must always include the tax. Reading other reviews I can say this is definitely a scam site. Avoid.

SHAM..
i purchased a salt lamp in early July which was in stock with a delivery period of a few weeks.
6 weeks later I chased them and sent numerous emails & left phone msgs. The same a week later & finally got an email saying something went wrong with stock, they did offer me a 5kg salt lamp but I preferred the 2kg lamp i paid for. The said 17 Aug stock wud arrive & be sent.
They nolonger return my emails & do not answer the phone.
seems ive lost my money.

Zero stars if I could. My experience is they took my payment and refused to send correct product. "Kay" from the "No Customer Service Dept" will gaslight and blame supplier delays. Please read the reviews and suggest you steer well clear of this crowd.

SCAM WARNING – Avoid this business.
I dealt directly with Kay Chilcott, who took payment for a product that was never delivered. Despite repeated follow‑ups, I did not receive the refund. The communication and invoice appeared legitimate initially, but the behaviour and non-refund that followed was consistent with a scam.I have reported the matter to ReportCyber, Scamwatch, and my bank.I strongly advise others to avoid this business and report any similar experiences.

Hi Mark and Kay Chilcott, can you please provide a refund for order #1664
Its been over 2 months and I have not received my oyster lights or GU10 globes. The order was placed on 31st March 2026. Why are you not responding, can you please respond and provide the items or refund as its been far too long

In my experience, this company has been dishonest, untrustworthy, and unwilling to stand behind its products. The product was faulty, and despite being covered by warranty, the company refused to honour its obligations or provide a satisfactory resolution.

Customers should be aware that warranty support may not be forthcoming when problems arise. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

Is it possible to leave ZERO stars? I wish I found these reviews prior to ordering. Item listed as "in stock" when we ordered, and then became a multiple month drag on waiting for our items to arrive. Finally cancelled the order, and am now waiting for a refund....which doesn't sound promising , according to the other reviews.

Just like all of the other reviews, it seems like this online store has no intention of supplying goods, and may be getting away with it. If you have not yet ordered from them, shop somewhere else.

If you have already ordered and they are either not responding or coming up with excuses, request a refund immediately. Because it seems like they don't actually process refunds when you request, you should simultaneously contact your bank and submit an application for a chargeback to ensure you actually get your money back. It's a pain, but it will get your money back in your account eventually.

They will contact you requesting that you cancel the chargeback, as it causes problems with the refund process. This is not true. You'll just have to sit tight until your bank gets your money back for you.

As others have noted Green Earth Lighting appears to be a scam organisation. Ordered 4 led lights. Did not arrive in stated time. Tried to contact them several times with no response. Had to initiate credit card dispute and Visa refunded my money.

Scam company who have a fake site that takes your money and never sends the goods. They dont answer emails, dont answer the phone. Criminals who deserve to be reported to the police for fraud.

Scammers, you pay for items and never recieve them, no contact via email address provided. STAY AWAY

Took my money, confirmed order by email then nothing. No product, no communication.
Have tried multiple times to contact, now their company email address on website bounces back.

I purchased qty 12 x 12W PRO Tri-Colour Dimmable Tiltable LED Downlights from this store, 2 of which became faulty (flickering intermittently) within 6 months of installation. I determined the transformers were at fault by moving the lights to different circuits and replacing the transformers with those from lights that were functional. They requested I return both faulty lights and transformers for testing, which I did. After they tested them 3 times for 30 mins each, they determined I was wrong and the lights were functional. They then tried to charge me to return my faulty lights by post. I advised this was unacceptable and reiterated the lights were intermittently flickering on and off over over weeks and now they no longer return my emails. Please don't waste your time and money buying from this company. Their customer services is terrible and 2 out of 12 lights faulty isn't good odds for quality.

SCAM!!!!!!!! They email you with a promising delivery date, take your money, never deliver and then make themselves uncontactable.

SCAMMER ALERT! Order never came through despite getting excuses and excuses. Avoid at all costs!
