Unfortunately I had a very expensive run in with this company. I had a problem with some of my oak trees dieing and contacted a couple of companies who quoted me €4000 and €5000 for pruning the trees and spraying them with the correct treatment.
However, I knew one of the owners of this company and because I trusted her I asked them to do the work. It's my fault but I didn't ask for a quote but assumed it would be in the same ball park. They promised that the pruning and the treatment would do the job and solve the problem. This was last September.....now, €9200 later the disease is spreading and all they say is that is what happe s with diseases!!!! This is after promising me that their work would deal with the problem.
