Delighted with my new windows and doors. Dylan and Sean are great guys and superb job. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were very hard working. Left everything very clean and tidy. Would recommend them. Thanks guys

We had new windows fitted to our home by Jordon & Cliff. They were both excellent workers a credit to their company. All old windows taken away and everything left tidy. Would recommend this team who work for Greencastle.

Derek was in to advise on the installation of new windows. Samples were shown and designed to our specifications. Really helpful and informative.

After i made an enquiry Derek came out to give me a quote to replace my windows. He gave me ideas/options to upgrade my windows to allow more light to flow through. I also spoke to him about some cladding which needed to be replaced and he included this and more in my quote to give her house better curb appeal. I didnt feel pressured into making my decisions. The quote was also quite alot cheaper than previous companies.

Derek was brilliant in helping us choose our new windows and improve our doors. He explained the recycling scheme clearly and made everything simple and stress-free. As a young couple, this is a real investment in our home, and he helped us feel confident in our choices.

He really listened to our needs, especially keeping our wee one warm and comfortable. We’ve already noticed a big difference. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, we’d happily recommend him!

Well we're do I start first who's Derek never had any contact with him at any stage of the process from start to near completion when I say near here's why 6 windows replaced one glass chipped 2 rows of tiles removed on foot one tile broke not been replaced and they left without fitting our new door no explanation or contact from Greencastle they left it to the 2 guys doing installation to tell us door wasn't ready yet this order has been placed since August 2025 nearly 7 months ago so can't understand why they proposed installation in January 26 still waiting on response from Greencastle

Overall, we've had a brilliant experience with this local company. We spent a few hours with Derek who explained everything in detail, showed us samples and generally took care of everything thereafter. We also made some changes to the original window and door specifications along the way and these were dealt with very quickly. After Greencastle's survey of our property (again very professional and fast) we waited patiently until Dylan and Sean arrived to do the fitting work; what a team they were, absolutely brilliant and a pleasure to have for the week. The fit and finish is to the highest standard; we are very, very pleased with the result. We had 9 windows and 2 doors changed. Thanks very much to all at Greencastle, excellent service and highly recommended.
