Hi Dinara, thank you for your review. I’m very sorry that your parcel hasn’t arrived. You will have an email direct from us organising a replacement order free of charge. When things don’t go right, even if it’s out of our control, we’ll make it right. That’s our promise!
I’ve checked the DPD tracker and it shows it was despatched promptly from our warehouse on the 13th Dec. The latest update DPD provides is that “We have your parcel, and it's on its way to your local depot in Middleton”. This is really unfortunate, as it looks like DPD have lost your parcel. I can only apologise that this has happened.
As mentioned, we will ship you a replacement ASAP.
I hope this is reassuring for you and we look forward to you receiving your lovely products :)

Hi Lorraine, thanks for your review! We can assure you that our packing nuts are totally sustainable and not made from polystyrene! We use corn starch based packing nuts which are therefore made from plants. Pop a few in the sink with warm water and you’ll see them break down naturally.
We take great care in making sure our GreenBox packaging is plastic free, sustainable, and of course keeps your products safe in transit too.
We hope you enjoy your products once you’ve had a chance to try them properly.
