Support takes a long time to respond to emails, so you have to call them and wait on hold for more than 10 minutes. But they do solve problems, so it wouldn't hurt to improve the speed at which tasks are processed.

I took my first steps as a novice trader with this company, and I don't regret it at all!!! The first trading session lasted about an hour with an analyst on the line who explained to me how charts work and other terminology. I liked everything, and the best part was the $20 profit we made during the first trading session.
