Simply amazing!

i was searching for a nice plant for my living room for months now and on green bubble i found a plant that looked amazing ans the price was very reasonable. The customer service was perfect and the delivery as well. so cool. i am a big fan of that company and can only recommend it!!!

We ordered a 190cm Strelitzia Nicolai and the quality of the plant at the delivery was very good! Also it was very cool to get photos of "real" plants before via WhatsApp, so that you can exactly choose the one you like. :-)
The whole order process and contact with Green Bubble was very good!!
Only the delivery itself went not very well. The driver didn't found our adress, calls us and we had to come to the gas station in our village and take the (huge) plant home in our own car...

Everything was perfect. Communication via WhatsApp and the delivery went smoothly. I chose the plant by picture on WhatsApp, and the exact same one arrived. I would gladly order again.

IT is great! You can choose your plant from the pictures they send you. Within 24 hours you Will receive exactly that plant. I really recommend this.

I ordered a 210cm Ficus Lyrata for almost 300 euros from this site and I am super disappointed.

The plant they sent has a crown of branches and leaves at the height of 100-150 cm. And then there is one thin little zombie branch that sticks out to 190cm. It looks like they failed to take care of one their small plants and now are selling it to me as a big one.

And even this patchwork ficus does not measure up to the promised height of 210cm.

When writing them about this asking for a replacement or refund, I only got a generic response not addressing my concern.

Having to settle this via paypal buyers protection now, but seriously I would have expected more from a seller offering plants in this price range.

Great service and responsiveness. The option to see photos of the actual plants is really differentiating.

The plant is beautiful, and overall, I am very satisfied. However, there was an issue with the delivery: the courier left the plant outside at -5°C. I don’t know yet if it has been damaged. Additionally, two large, beautiful leaves were bent, which is very unfortunate. A more careful delivery process would be appreciated.

You have the opportunity to choose a plant. the service is great. The employees are really friendly and shipping was quick. The plant looks as pictured and I'm super happy!

Good experience, everything went well, from ordering to customer service availability and willingness to help. However I can’t give 5 stars because my plant arrived damaged. There are two big leaves from my XL Plant that are kinked due to the packaging which in my opinion was too thin. I doubt they’ll recover.
I would have wished more care in the packaging.
Overall happy with my order.

Very good service technique. I chose an offer and the personal plant shopper and got thee pics via what's app of the plant I chose with numbers. I wrote the number of the type I wanted in the order and git exactly that plant delivered. Packaging was perfect, plant came intact. Delivery also was good.

A really beautiful plant. I'm totally thrilled. I can only recommend that everyone orders their plants here. The plant arrived very well despite its XL size.
