I am beyond livid

I am beyond livid. I was out Christmas shopping when a store Employee beckoned me over. He gave me a free sample and told me he would get me a sample of the cream as well. I said OK thank you and stayed outside the store. He then came over and said no ma’am, follow me. My first red flag. I go inside and he starts doing his demo and explaining to me that I should really use it and it’ll help with my skin and what not. The whole spiel. He does not tell me the prices, and just asked me if I’m ready to be rung up. At this moment, I’m confused and don’t know what’s going on and so he ushers me to the front of the store and asks if I’m paying cash or card. Long story short, I get finagled into purchasing. But that’s not all. The store clerk then comes up to me and asks why I am buying the smaller version when I could buy the bigger version at a cheaper price. I was confused and she said it was a special they were doing. So then the price went from one $165, to now being $220. At this point, I know they will not just let me walk out of the store. So I end up purchasing it. Mind you, and I am in my late teens and it’s hard to say no to grown adults hackling you to buy things. After I check out, they take me to the register, because they had a little handheld device and I wanted a receipt. I didn’t see the return policy. There is none. Only exchanges, no returns. So I couldn’t even ask my mom to go and return it for me. But even that isn’t everything, because after I get home and I open the boxes because if this point, it’s whatever, containers are the biggest fraud ever! They give you these heavy big containers that you’re assuming is filled with product only for it to be a tiny little capsule in the center that actually has the product in it. It was not worth $220 and I am so pissed I can’t even begin to dive into it. So much money for basically some thing I could’ve gotten at five below. I will never again be going to the store, and I recommend everyone else to stay clear! They do not care how old or young you are, they will take advantage of you and get you to spend as much as they can.

It’s a big scam

It’s a big scam, I wish I read the review before I get scammed myself, it’s almost the same story, ripping off people money , I get a facial led light promotion and when I get on the room the lady Katie keep mention that she is estheticians but actually I find out later that she is just a sales on the store , the whole time she was trying to convince me to buy the 12k machine for 5k and didn’t even touch my face she was pushy and mean and end up charging my card $80 this people are scammmmmmers
And they need to get inspected
The next day I tried to talk to manager and they refuse to give me name or number
Stay away and put review do as many people stay away and don’t get scammed

Pushy Scammers

Pushy. They will squeeze every penny you are willing to pay. The "manager" is the closer and possibly the biggest liar I have ever met. That being said do your research before you buy. The more you say no the lower the price gets. Still not worth it. Not sure why MGM allows such deceptive businesses in their properties?

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM AVOLOGY, GREENBIOTICS,PHARMACIOPY

Very Pushy, disrespect people. You are not sure what they put in your face it is real cream or maybe a dollar cream. I got the $79 collagen facial. Kate an Ukraine girl presented like the skin magician said the collagen cream worth $2k then push to sell a device of $12k. I said not. My bf came and he wanted to surprise me and He bought for me. I said not for a serum $200 but Kate convinced him at my back to get it. I wanted to returned everything but the receipt said "No returns because of the nature of the products". What nature???. Kate never gave me her last name neither her specialization. So you never knows who is treating your skin and what they are using on it. AVOID THIS LOCATION IN PENTAGON MALL VA AND ANYONE AROUND THE WORLD.

Worst customer service ever

My wife was convinced to go into the Green biotic shop in the Luxor hotel in Las Vegas. The technician working on her disrespectrd my country, embarrassed my wife and insulted me.

My wife went in thinking she would get information about some of their products. We were supposed to meet another couple. After she had been inside the shop for several minutes I went in and told her we had to get going. She said the technician had to do the other eye. I waited several more minutes outside when she came out visibly upset. After refusing to buy the $800 dollar crème the technician told her to “ Enjoy her lopsided face and her a$$hole husband. “ Apparently he had only applied the treatment to one eye. Also in his small talk he asked where she was from. When she responded Canada he replied “I’m sorry for you”.

I returned after hearing the details from my wife and told him no one I know would ever visit Greenboitics. He loudly faked cried then laughed.

There were eight couples travelling with us to Las Vegas at that time. None of them went inside the shop and I will continue to spread the word of my wife’s treatment at Greeboitics

Professional and helpful

My initial engagement with Green Biotics was a bit confusing, however, when I reached out to customer service they made things right with not fuss at all. They were very professional and helpful and went above and beyond to make things right. I have just begun to use the product and I can already see a difference in my skin.

The "doctor" Amy is corrupt and uses…

The "doctor" Amy is corrupt and uses her sexual prowess to sell products way above the actual price. There is nothing in the store worth more than $100 but charges over a thousand. The workers charge your card without you knowing the amount and give you "free samples" that are not free at all.

I was scammed over $4,000 by this…

I was scammed over $4,000 by this company. There was nothing in the store about their refund policy. It wasn't until I got the receipt in my email that it was non-refundable. They are scammers and buyers need to know this up front. The machine they are trying to sell for thousands of dollars are junk. I wished I never stepped into this store!! 0 stars.
