I have made a purchase of cloud lamp to…

I have made a purchase of cloud lamp to my daughter as a Birthday present. Lamp arrived after one month and in a costs around 144 chf. I was also convinced since the shop was under swiss web site, but in fact products arrived from China. Cloud lamp is literally made out of pieces of cotton and actually if it would at least be put out together to imitate cloud that would be the smallest issue but those are literally pieces of cotton completely falling apart! My daughter was crying when we went opening it together. Really really sad I guess even temu or SHEIN doesn’t disappoint you compared to this in such a price. I would definitely get two regular led lamps in Ottos or IKEA here in Switzerland.

Scam Aler

"Green Aroma (or one of many templated, scammy sites:
herrlampe.com, luzern-mode.ch, misterlamp.de, misterlamp-melbourne.com, dekoundwohn.com, lunaralights.co.uk, stralendthuis.com, amyslamps.com) is a total scam. Do NOT order from here.

They present as a European (or Australian, or NZ) company but products ship from China, and they demand returns at exorbitant costs (e.g., CHF 284.50 for a 99 CHF lamp), making returns impossible. Needles to say the quality of the product is awful.

I am actively reaching out to consumer rights organizations, as I see some of users here are as well. I hope we can fight these scammers and prevent others from being defrauded.

Beware of Deceptive Practices by Green-Aroma.ch

Beware of Deceptive Practices by Green-Aroma.ch

I want to alert other consumers about a disappointing and misleading experience with the website green-aroma.ch. The company presents itself as a Swiss-based business selling premium designer-style products — especially lighting and home goods.

In reality, what I received were cheap, poor-quality items shipped directly from China, vastly different from what was advertised. The product photos are misleading, the website layout gives a false impression of Swiss quality and origin, and customer support is unresponsive.

This appears to be a drop-shipping scam disguised as a Swiss e-commerce brand.

I strongly recommend others avoid purchasing from this site. If you have had a similar experience, I encourage you to file a formal complaint with Swiss consumer protection authorities.

Deceptive practice by Green Aroma

The Green Aroma site is entirely in German, which led me to believe that they are based in Switzerland or elsewhere in Europe. At no point is it made clear that the company is located in China, which would have completely changed my decision to purchase.
I would have never placed an order had I known the true origin of the product. The €30 charge you withheld is therefore unjustified and unacceptable. However, I must admit that the photographer and the person who designed the website did an excellent job: the products appear noble, elegant, and high-quality. But that only adds to the feeling of deception once the truth is revealed.

Green-aroma.ch - A fraud from China

This company is a fraud from China. They sold me a lamp for over 150CHF that actually came from Alibaba where it was 30CHF.
When opening the package we found it was not anything like the pictures. It was clearly a cheap product.
Upon asking where to return it to they didn't answer and tried to get rid of me with a voucher. After many emails and threatening with writing a review they gave their adres...in China. Yet on their site they appear to be Swiss, so beware. It's costs about a 150CHF to return the package so we end up keeping it. Hereby I would like to warn everyone for these type of businesses. These lamps are allover the internet offered by different shops. My advise is to do research on the bigger Chinese webshops before buying anything that doesn't come from a verified shop.
