If I could rate a 0 star I would. Didn’t even turn up to Job. No phone call, unable contact them. Would very much not recommend.

Compounding this calendar error, our lack of an emergency contact number for a late-day appointment meant you were left stranded and uncontactable, wasting your valuable time. This is a fundamental failure of our service promise, and we accept full responsibility.

Immediately upon reading your feedback, our management reached out to you personally to apologize and own this system failure.

We have already completed a full review of our scheduling and after-hours communication protocols. We are implementing new system checks and ensuring clear, accessible contact information is provided for every appointment, regardless of the time of day, to guarantee this specific type of error can never occur again.

Changes

My husband died at Easter and I tried to change the account over to my name, online. I didn't have much success, but when I phoned, I was told that my name and phone number had been changed by you.
I then ordered my filters over the phone. However, I don't know how to install them. Last year, someone came and did it and I don't know who to contact to get it done.

Great Water Filter system

We are really pleased with the system we had installed to reduce the amount of scale build up in our drains and shower heads. It gives me peace of mind that my expensive appliances are also protected.

I looked for months for a company that could provide a comprehensive system we were needing to filter the water coming into the house. We notice a big difference.

It is wonderful that we get reminders when our filters are due for replacement.
