Helpful staff

I had difficulty booking on line as date I wanted disappeared. The lady in your office was very helpful and found the date and I booked over the phone .

Looking forward to this tour.

Good description of the holiday in the brochure. Hope the actual holiday would live upto that. Booking online was simple. As I needed to discuss something I made a phonecall. The wait wasn't too long and the lady at the other end was very polite and helpful.

Efficient and very helpful

The telephone booking service was easy and pleasant to use. A very helpful, polite and knowledgeable staff member took the booking for us, she explained exactly how the trip was organised and what to expect while on holiday. Looking forward to the journey now, thank you.
