Absolutely terrible agency
Absolutely terrible agency. The service from the beginning of our contract was awful. Repairs are not done in a timely fashion they use many excuses not to do anything. The only good things about them is at the end of the tenancy I was happy to know that I was not giving them any money from management fees. If you are a Landlord and reading this look elsewhere they are awful from the tenants perspective. If you are looking at properties with them go elsewhere you deserve better.

Not RICS Registered - Alarm Bells
I live in a property below one of the many rentals they look after. Living room damaged through water escape. next was my bathroom, this went on for months. They eventually sent one of their professional employees to review and repair the damage. They never came back. I have emailed Chris Talbot advising I will be going down the route of claiming damage through courts. He never replied. Also I have noticed that this company is not registered with and accredited organisation RICS registered. Alarm bells if you trust your property in the hands of this company. I emailed asking for a value on my property a few weeks ago. Price given was £135,000, i was offered £160,000 earlier this year. MMMmmmmm not sure how to read this one. Be aware.
