Sadly, like all the previous reviews, I've been fooled by this site too. I received the device within a week but it is absolutely rubbish and not as advertised. The quality is very poor, it's not the colour I ordered and trying to read the instructions is impossible. I will try to get a refund but am not hopeful. Lesson learnt - always read reviews before ordering online!

Watch has arrived after a wait of three weeks. The instructions are unreadable. One of the hard plastic straps is bent round the wrong way so doesn't fit around the wrist. The watch ends do not go into the strap. All in all a complete waste of money. Avoid this company at all costs.

A product did arrive. Rubbish quality, although they promise a 45 day return they make the process as irksome as possible.
Finally they gave a return address in China but require a tracker number. This would cost £12 in UK for a product that cost £20 + £5 postage and is in reality worth £5.

Decided to cut my losses and not return the fitness tracker. Cut your losses and don't purchase from them in the first place.

This product is rubbish and getting back your money is impossible.

One star is generous. AVOID. Total scam. Pay to send it back to China or keep it and they'll give you a 35% refund if you hand over bank details... Money wasted.

I purchased a 25 pound smartwatch from this company which became useless after about three days of use, because the button stopped working and therefore none of the functions could be accessed. I regret not checking reviews of the company beforehand. I don't recommend any purchases from this company and agree with other reviewers that their website reviews seem really fake with a 5 star average. I haven't requested a refund as it would require sending the watch back, which I can't easily do from the country I'm now in. The only good point was that Paul on the helpdesk was helpful and polite when I complained about the lack of communication vis a vis delivery. However in general my advice is to avoid.

First time using this company and won't be again they sent me the wrong item and I ended up paying to have it sent back

Purchased a watch advertised as waterproof, when it arrived it states not to put into water, I requested return label, should be easy?? No, not at all, can't be bothered to argue with them, not worth my time, please DO NOT purchase from this company!!

Just don’t do it. It is a scam. They’re not UK based, some dodgy Chinese company who don’t abide by UK trading standards. The product is absolute garbage, didn’t work. No clear instructions, wouldn’t assemble properly or switch on. Also worrying who exactly is collecting the data and what can they use it for, if they don’t abide by UK/EU data GDPR laws.

Absolutely awful product!! Bought a few weeks ago, instructions were written so small only an ant could read them. The app just didn't connect properly or update with the watch, then 3 weeks into using it as a step counter (no other functions worked) it stopped charging. Really frustrated I didn't read these reviews before buying but looked at the fake ones on the company website. Will be reporting to trading standards. What a waste of money and yet more plastic crap imported into this country, only fit for the bin. If it looks too good to be true ...it really is!!!

I ordered a smart watch. When it came. It was covered in scratches. The screen was so dull that I couldn’t really see it. It just wouldn’t do anything. So the only place it went was the rubbish bin. Total waste of money. AVOID buying from here.

Paul has been helpful, mostly quick responses. My main issue with the 2 'not so' Smart Watches, was almost 4 hours charging time, maybe my pc USB port was to blame? But certainly not practical for our household. Also, both watches were drained of power 18hrs later without updating the FitPro App. Paul offered various refunds, but the watches are of no use to us, so this was not an option. Paul was helpful with the complicated return address to China, (complicated by Royal Mail not accommodating Chinese address format). I have paid the return postage of £5.10, (correct for date: Apr.2021). Paul has provided a full refund for both watches and out-going postage).
The purchase has cost me 3 days emailing and return postage. I have learned to buy closer to home, a little about Chinese addresses and that Paul at Greatlarge turned out okay in the end.

Avoid this company at all costs.
I bought a fitness tracker last November, which worked for a couple of months then stopped working. I have e-mailed this company at least four times to ask what to do and as yet no reply!!!!!
They are a shambles, and their customer support is non existent.
Please do not be tempted into buying from this company because if anything goes wrong you just get ignored.

I was chuffed to find FitPro waterproof smart band at only about £20 with positive reviews, so have ordered 10 and 2 in additional order. Perfect present for friends and family I thought. But only to see many negative comments here 10 mins later, saying GreatLarge are scammers (though not explaining why or any defect about the product but late delivery), I was so worried and cancelled my main order straightaway, and have forgotten about my second order. To my surprise (from the impression your reviews gave me), they replied and confirmed cancellation within a few hours. This happened about 3 weeks ago, so I can now fairly share my experience with you. No money was deducted on my cancelled first order. My second order has arrived after 2.5 weeks (Royal Mail tracked). This timeline is quite reasonable under the pandemic if the item is from abroad.
My husband and I are very happy with our smart bands as well. It comes with USB charge, QR code to set up with your smart phone. I did find the manual scripts too small to read, but zooming in with photo is just fine.
All is all, I am more than happy with my purchase. With disbelief on how little we pay for such great product, shouldn’t we be thankful instead?

STAY CLEAR OF THIS SITE! SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a fitbit back on February 3rd 2021 .. I have been trying to use there non existent parcel tracking system and also asked them twice via email as to where the watch is ... All you get is a complete deflection of what your asking saying it take 7days processing then a further 20 days thereafter where the hell are they sending from my parcels from China take less time all in all £23 wasted already told them I want money back but I won't hold my breath

Absolutely awful. Wish I had read the reviews first. The App you have to download doesn't exist. The writing on the instruction booklet is so small you need a magnifying glass. I have emailed them so waiting for a reply.

Awful (non-existent) customer service.
I ordered a smart watch which did arrive after several weeks, however it is absolutely rubbish, does not hold it's charge and frequently disconnects from my phone. I managed to get a customer service response to my first query ( they had sent me the wrong colour watch) and they gave me a percentage discount. However since using the watch and discovering how terrible the product is, they will not reply to my emails requested a refund.
