I ordered 2 sheet pans. One in yellow and one in blue. The yellow stained terrible with just baking cookies. Nothing burned on the pan. I reached out to the company. No warranty. No nothing. Oh “the light colored can stain”. “Use baking sheets”. They don’t tell you that when you buy them. Really? It’s a baking sheet! I’ve tried everything to remove the stains to no avail.
One Star Customer Svc / 4 Stars for Product: Love the pans, dutch oven and the sheet pans are the best! Our order was poorly packaged for shipping. One box filled with our whole order was loosely packaged without protective layers & one pan arrived damaged. When we emailed customer service we were told it would be two weeks before we'd get a response. Disappointing to be so excited to get a product and then have to deal with a long response time and multiple follow ups on our end. We appreciate the replacement though—thank you! Won't order from Great Jones again until their customer service response time is shortened. Bummer because we like their products.
