I just looked at their site and did not give my email. They then show up in my email anyway by either gmail or their own technology.
I have no respect for a company that invades privacy and does this. Although I had considered buying from them, now I won't because they had no business adding me to their email list without permission. I have tried unsubscribing, including on their site and I am still getting emails. Negative 10 for them!
Ordered almost a month ago and nothing has arrived. Expensive as hell. Doesn’t give me updates on my order but keep sending emails to buy more. Stay away from this “company”.
Better customer service at Walmart
HORRIBLE customer service! I purchased Grazly beef sticks directly from this website. As a fellow snack business owner, I intentionally chose to order from their site to support the brand, even though I could have purchased similar products elsewhere. I placed my order far in advance for a trip, at the same time I ordered from Carnivore Snacks, and that order arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, my experience with Grazly has been the complete opposite. I have made several phone calls to this company and no one has ever answered the phone. I have left voicemails that were never returned and sent emails that also received no response. Considering the price point of these snacks, I believe customers deserve at least a prompt reply or acknowledgment. Eventually, someone texted me shortly after one of my phone calls (which again went unanswered). I was told the mailing delay was due to a shortage of beef needed to produce the beef sticks—even though Amazon appears to be fully stocked with this brand and offering two-day delivery. I was also told that I could text or call anytime and receive a follow-up. However, even after responding, no one ever reached back out to me. As someone who just paid $50 for 10 beef sticks, I believe paying customers deserve better communication and consideration. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will no longer be purchasing these beef sticks. It’s truly unfortunate because I follow a meat-based diet, and this could have easily become a subscription product that I would have supported long-term.
