We are very grateful that your customer service understood the urgency of our situation to get a replacement motor as soon as possible. Thank you for getting things arranged and sent out. We were able to complete the motor replacement It was fairly easy and straightforward. If I had one thing to ask for improvement on would be making it easier to program the remotes for group or individual motors. H

The fabric was backordered, but the company reached out, let me know the timeline, and supported me to come back and get the curtains I wanted once the fabric was back in stock.
