Confusing process

Confusing referred process. Was contacted by a grays rep who was very vague about pricing and got it wrong big time. As a first time buyer it was a horrible experience.

Useless Voucher Code

What’s the point of sending a new customer a voucher code when you block its use after the customer tries to use it? Shame

The tablet is as described

The tablet is as described. The long wait time of over one week for it to be delivered was disappointing. Arrival it was processed to be left in a secure place deemed by the postie if we were not home. Thankfully our postman left it behind a plant at our front door. Grays had not packed the tablet in any form of padded bag or box. It was sent in its own box fully seen what the parcel was. Why send an item of significant cost displayed. Overall the delay of its arrival and not sent with care.

WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE BE DELIVERED ?

I placed an order on Sunday 5th. Oct. 25 for 6 bottles of Grant Burge Filsell shiraz 2022. It is now Sunday 12th. Oct. 2022 and not a word when delivery will take place. Further more I have read your company has been placed into receivership. I would appreciate an answer as to when my order will be delivered.

I bought a pearl necklace on your…

I bought a pearl necklace on your website. The certificate said it was perfect in every way. I paid over 900 yuan for it, but when I received it, I was shocked. It was completely different from what was said in the photo and certificate. Not a single pearl was round. When I contacted you, you said I could send the item back and then tell us the result. However, I sent it three or four times, and you refused to sign for it. I was very disappointed that the item was sent back repeatedly. This also made me dare not go to your website to auction other items, let alone recommend it to my friends.

Frances was great from the get go

Frances was great from the get go, it was my first time selling with Grays and she made it a breeze, nothing was a problem, fast efficient know's her Stuff and I cant thank her more, will certainly recommend it and use it again myself.

I would give 0 stars if possible.
I purchased a diamond from Grays Online that was advertised as Argyle certified. After copious back-and-forth and repeated requests, they failed to provide any legitimate documentation to prove Argyle certified- as outlined in the ad description.

To make matters worse, the valuer they went through later clarified that the diamond is not Argyle certified and even stated he didn’t know why it was advertised as such. This is misleading at best, and dishonest at worst.

Grays Online hides behind being “just the middleman” and takes no accountability when sellers misrepresent what they are selling. In reality, they facilitate these sales and should be responsible for ensuring items are accurately described and the seller BN3 Coins in NSW didn't respond to emails.

Between the misrepresentation, refusal to provide proper certification, and lack of accountability, I can only describe this as a rip-off. BUYER BEWARE do not trust the descriptions on their auctions, especially with high-value items like diamonds.

Great service

I emailed regarding pick up. It was answered promptly and with the information I requested.
Great directions were given on arrival and when processing paperwork.
Assistance was even given to fork lifting the item onto the Ute.
I would purchase through grays again.
