This has got to be the WORST Company I have had the misfortune to deal with . Shoddy cheap products incorrectly sized with a return policy requiring Customer to send clothing back to China - at customer's expense . This is a Company supposedly with a UK frontage . Avoid at all costs - your cost .

My experience was absolutely terrible!! I never received my order after over a month and they only offered 65% refund! They said the item was sold out so it would take months for them to replace. ATP looking at all the bad reviews this company seems like a scam.

This is a scam. Don't buy or share your details.

A total scam. Avoid this company. They have a slick web site showing high end clothing from a London store closing down. What you order comes from China and is of the poorest quality. Total Junk. When attempting to send anything back you have to pay to send it to China. My credit card company says I should have asked them for a 'chargeback' because the goods are not as described. It is up to the seller to collect the goods, you don't have to pay to send anything back. I'll know for next time.

Complete scam. The clothes are very poor quality from China. I tried to return, they refused the return at customs and it was sent back to me, twice. I pursued the return refund they offered me, still no refund and the company refuse to acknowledge my emails.
This is a scam.
Do not go anywhere near these thieves.

Clothes are nothing like the website, its a big rip off scam. You can only return the goods to China, so will cost more than to buy the goods

This company are a bunch of charlatans. They misrepresent the quality of the products, they tell a story of being a closing down family run business with deep discounts. When the goods arrive they are nothing like the images and are completely not as sold. When you ask for a refund they suddenly become a China based entity and totally uncooperative. A total scam and really not good for the blood pressure. Avoid buying at all costs, nothing is as it seems and they are complete crooks!

This company are absolutely rip off merchants, I was offered 10% on a refund of a screen printed polyester shirt. £6 to send back to their company in China for a refund of £6.60. Decided to take a hit as I didn't want to send it back, so they could steam press and send it out to another poor mug.

My experience is very much online with other poor reviews here. I bought a blazer and was sent one completely different! I got in touch with these people and rather than being in London, as their company name misleads ons to believe, they're in China and the jsvket cost £55 and return courier fees are £40! Ridiculous! Temu offers a far more honest experience.

Brought a blazer and a pair of shoes, only one shoe arrived and the blazer was awful, poor quality not fit wear £118 wasted no returns label unable to contact to get a return not sure how to send back or where to. I spoke with my card company and at to chargeback. please avoid at all costs also cancelled my card a complete scam

Cheap Chinese Crap. Website is a scam. Each garment worth about a £ if that. Terrible quality. Chinese crap. Not even as good as TEMU. Please avoid wasting your money. Total junk.

Awful products, not as described, telling me to post them back to China for a refund ...or have a 15% discount. Trading Standards and my credit card company now involved. Avoid this rip off company.

Scam. You will never get the order you placed. Their pictures are ripped off from the web. They don't reside in the UK. Its a Chinese SCAM.

Backing up what every reviewer has said before me. Bought what i thought was a quality pair of cotton cargo shorts for £35. They arrived 3 weeks later from china not the uk. !00 % polyester and not one label that says Henry Gray. They are crap cheap shite and only useful for painting in. Do not buy from this company.

Slick website and sob story about business having to close. Blazer arrived several weeks after ordering and it was like something out of a fancy dress shop to wear for a stag do. Would have been funny if I hadn’t paid nearly £60 for it. Avoid at all costs

Liars and thieves.
Cotton Cargo shorts apparently reduced from £175 to £35. What I got is 100% polyester trash that isn't worth £5!
Total scam! I was worried when the item got dispatched from China.
Avoid these con artists!

Ordered an XL Polo in late May. Arrived early June. Said "XL" on the label but it was easily two sizes too small. Told them that I wanted a refund. They said I had to send it back to China(!) even though it was sent to me from an address in the UK, and that I had to pay for it. Subsequently, they've now been reported to Trading Standards because they're quite obviously scammers. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered shoes from Henry Gray London and received them after a 2-week wait. One shoe had a completely mismatched insole, clearly not factory finished. The product looked used, and the size was also incorrect. Extremely disappointed – not what I expected from a professional retailer.

Even more concerning about return policy. Although your website presents itself as a UK-based company, I was informed that I must return the item at my own expense to China — despite receiving the item from within the UK. This practice is misleading and unfair to UK consumers.

Ordered men’s shorts. Do not buy. Ridiculously thin material. Would never wear them

Ordered a shirt, waited weeks and when finally arrived I wouldn’t use it to clean the floor, pathetic quality and shape and only correspondence was asking for photos 😡
