I contacted Gravity Fitness because the…

I contacted Gravity Fitness because the carry bag for my portable pull-up rack had become damaged after some time of use. Even though I could no longer provide my original order number, the customer support team responded incredibly quickly and kindly and immediately arranged a replacement bag free of charge.

Outstanding customer service and a great example of how to look after your customers. I highly recommend Gravity Fitness and will definitely continue to support the brand.

Superb quality XL Parallette dip bars…

Just bought the XL Parallette dip bars to go with the Gravity medium ones I have. The quality is super on both, highly recommend.

Power on!

Ordered the 6kg weighted mace and liquid chalk.
Mace = fantastic
liquid chalk = bottle cap's lid arrived broken...sad
giving you guys 5 stars anyway because you're awesome.

The product we ordered was really good…

The product we ordered was really good quality, unfortunately, we needed to return it as it wasn't quite right for my wife.
I wanted to write this review anyway, the company arranged a return and refund with no questions asked. They were immensely helpful along the way and I felt compelled to share as you very rarely see this level of customer service.
We will be buying from them again
