Worth my time and money
I started using Gravidanza in Forma during my second trimester after a friend recommended it to me, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed!
I had a small surgery at the beginning of my pregnancy, so getting back to movement was something I wanted to approach carefully.
What I appreciated about the course is that the sessions helped me stay active, maintain strength and mobility, and most importantly feel confident about what my body could still do as pregnancy progressed.
I also regularly practise yoga in group courses, but I find Gravidanza in Forma complements it really well. The sessions are easy to fit into my routine, even on days when I don’t have the time or energy for a full class. Having something I can simply do at home, while knowing that the exercises are specifically designed for pregnancy, has made it much easier for me to stay consistent.
There’s a good balance between strengthening, mobility and adapting movements when needed. I also really liked having a structured programme to follow rather than trying to figure out on my own what was appropriate at each stage.
I’m now moving into the third trimester and decided to purchase the next course as well. Before purchasing both courses, I had the chance to chat directly with Giulia about my physical situation and what I could comfortably do at that particular stage. I really appreciated that she took the time to understand where I was physically rather than simply giving me a generic answer.
For me, that combination of a well-structured programme and the possibility of getting personalised guidance makes a big difference. Pregnancy changes so quickly from one trimester to another, and having something that can evolve with you is incredibly valuable.
Definitely a programme I’m happy I discovered and one I would recommend to other mums-to-be who want to keep moving in a sensible, informed way throughout pregnancy.
