Dreadful experience
I placed an order on-line in September 2024. I did not receive an order confirmation from them despite the money leaving my account. The order never arrived. I phoned them and sent two emails, the last of which requested a refund. I have never received a reply to my emails. Draw your own conclusions but I would never, ever place an order with these people again.

poor info and poor communication - missing items
Firstly, they have a good stock of items and the items that did arrive I was pleased with, so much so, I had wanted to buy a lot more.
Despite this though, the problems are quite severe. When booking was confirmed I received no order email, and also no dispatch email, I emailed to ask for copies of these (assuming perhaps that I had made an error with email) but after asking in each email contact for them multiple times I still do not have copies, and no order list came in the box either. In checking stock that came and calculating prices the order is short about £27 (and change) of items. It is unclear how I can clarify this as I still have no order dispatch, despite sending email about this discrepancy in the order days ago.

made second booking (they do have good stock) this was an error. 2 items are broken and one item has been sent instead of another. Still no emails at all.
