It took way longer than the few days they promissed, that was a downside. They replied very kind on my emails. When it finally arrived…well…it was worth waiting for! Very happy with the result, the receiver of this gift was also very happy with it! So if you want to give this as a present, just keep in mind that it could take a bit longer.

Quality is very good, I had lost my key chain after 4 years of intense usage. so I ordered it again. Ordering and customisation process was very user-friendly. I chose sending without track and trace (with t&t is also offered as an option). It was send out quickly but delivery took very long, probably due to customs. I contacted customer service and they were very friendly and asked me to wait a little longer. It turns out I just had to be more patient, because it arrived 2 days later. It is as lovely as the one I lost. Very happy with it. I would definitely order again.

Good quality but indeed take into account a slightly longer delivery time. But quality is top.

The keychain is lovely and has good quality, but the delivery was 2 weeks later than told on the website (keep that in mind if you buy it as a birthday present;)

Great service and product. It was really easy to adjust the engraving on the website and the product itself exceeded my expectations. Only the delivery took longer than I thought and I wasn’t able to follow my package. After addressing my concern I got a very friendly response and eventually my key chain arrived.

Great products and friendly service
I ordered two custom made engraved key chains. The customization process was really easy and intuitive, and the result looks great! The production was really quick, only delivery took some time but when I mailed to ask about it I received a very friendly response. I would recommend!

Very happy with my order. It was send real quick after ordening. It turned out as good as I have hoped for, so that was a nice surprise. The only point I want to mention is the delivery time. If you order in time, it is ok, but know you have to order in time to avoid disappointments. Also the customer service is quick in answering your questions.

What a beautysalon. I ordert two and they are shiny, en solid. Only thing, it woud be nice to mention somewhere on your website that you send from Zwitserland and t takes a bit longer to arrive (had a little panic after 1,5 week).
