Wrong hardware given for what I paid for, but excellent customer service by Trinity
I purchased the premium 10GB plan and was not given the correct hardware (CPU was far below advertised). Had I not ran a spark profile to find out what was lagging my server so fast, I would have not caught it before a refund was possible. My server, at least the CPU, is up to what it should be now, and the server seems to be running fine. I may still refund or continue on, I have not yet decided.
I spoke with a lovely, effective and helpful person by the name of Trinity, on the support ticket I opened on discord. She was immediately understanding of my frustration and the situation at hand, and swiftly upgraded my server when they had the chance.
She was very, very helpful, and while the initial service wasn't up to par (my server having the wrong hardware), I'll give credit where credit is due, the customer service is definitely up to par, especially with Trinity!
If anyone has a concern that they may be experiencing something similar, install the spark mod on your server. I used Neoforge 1.21.1, but its available across many versions. Use /spark profiler start, and /spark profiler open to see the data it is recording.

I can’t recommend GravelHost enough! After using my first server for a couple of months, I was so impressed that I instantly bought a second one to showcase my Minecraft plugin, AegisGuard 1.4.0.

Used for small 3-5 person Bedrock Server
Just started a Bedrock server on here, and customer service is great. You can get plans per gb with great pricing (I got a 3gb server for $2.70/month). Ticket response times were less then five minutes, and even though I really had no idea what I was doing, both customer service agents (Trinity and Vampy) helped me through it. Lag hasn't been an issue.

Amazing customer service
I have been using this service to host ARK:SA servers for many months now and It has proven to be really reliable. Much better pricing and customer service then Nitrado. From my experience the staff always resolve issues within a couple of hours at most, and seem to be very professional, my most recent experience was with ms. Trinity, who solved my problems within minutes. Best hosting for ARK in my opinion, and I have tried multiple other options.
