These Platform seems dodgy the date showed when the survey cutoff date is suppose to be ending they keep changing the date on which the task is supposed to end first it showed 22 April2026 after that it showed 24 April2026 now I see it's 28 April 2026, they should be decisive this pattern shows that one shouldn't be surprised if they taking us for fools coz they can't commit on what they add on they platform I've submitted my Task on the 11th of April 2026, but till this day it's shows in review I mean like really what entity are they running it's shows the character of how they conduct business which Is highly unethical, they don't even have the decentcy to inform us or give us update to what's the hold up. if they can't stand the heat they should get outta the kitchen. There's platforms out here with 20000 people signed up on they platform they pay you out in a matter of minutes whats stopping them from doing the same. I suggest y'all avoid this platform I would not recommend any one to even check they advertisement out you gotta waste your energy
This company is a complete scam. They send daily emails inviting you to participate in studies that take at least 15 minutes, often requiring you to be on video and share personal or business information. Their website claims payments are issued within 48 hours, but after waiting a full month, I still hadn’t received anything.
When I reached out, they changed their story, saying payments can take over 30 days. After following up again, they changed their story yet again, saying that the reason it had taken so long was due to technical difficulties they had been experiencing (for a month?), and further claimed my submission was disqualified for “quality control” reasons, without providing any clear explanation—meaning they refused to pay me at all.
I’ve since seen many similar reviews from others reporting the same experience. Despite this, they continue to send emails encouraging participation and promising payment that never comes through. Do not waste your time, and do not share your personal or business information with this company. This appears to be nothing more than a phishing operation.
Great communication, friendly people helping with the experience. Such an easy little side gig.
This platform feels designed to scam users. I was invited to participate in a survey, which I completed honestly. However, upon completion, they accused me of using AI assistance and canceled the contract without proper justification.
When I challenged their decision, they issued an apology, but by then the damage had already been done, the cancellation negatively impacted my profile.
Overall, this was a very unprofessional experience. The handling of the situation, especially by Mhel Liga and Teddy Vinarao, was disappointing and lacked accountability.
Grapedata collects your data, and then terminates the contract with $0 payment, no warning, no feedback. They cite "errors" in your submission and then refuse to provide any evidence or respond to messages. Total waste of time and professional resources.
Good platform but delay in payments, and That sucks for sure.. Good are the times they used to be transparent nowadays I feel like they aren't as much as supportive.
You spamming us with no payments nawadays and you just accept tasks depending on your moods.
Delayed or no payment for accepted tasks . It's becoming a routine.
Never take their surveys, especially if they offer to do so through Upwork. They will then reject your survey and automatically give you a bad review on the platform, thereby lowering your rating!

I’ve tried several survey sites over the years, but GrapeData is in a league of its own. The B2B focus makes a huge difference—instead of wasting time on low-paying consumer surveys about which cereal I buy, I actually get paid well for sharing my industry knowledge.

It was nice working with grape data. I was asked for a survey which I completed which was then reviewed thoroughly and got paid on time!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience on your platform. I completed your survey honestly and thoroughly, dedicating my time based on the clear expectation of payment upon completion. Despite meeting all stated criteria, my compensation was withheld, which directly contradicts the terms presented to participants.
After researching further, I discovered that many Trustpilot reviews describe identical experiences—users completing surveys only to be denied payment without justification. This pattern raises serious concerns about how participants are treated and whether their time is being intentionally exploited.
Participants are not volunteers; we provide valuable input that supports your business. Withholding payment after surveys are completed undermines trust and damages your reputation. I upheld my end of the agreement and expect you to do the same. I am requesting an immediate review of my case and prompt payment for the work I completed. Ignoring this issue only reinforces the negative feedback already documented publicly and discourages future participation.

My real experience is so good with platform but they have some limitation about payment and review task. Overall, they still the best platform to earn some money in free time.
I am contacting you to formally dispute the denial of payment for a survey I completed in full. I followed all instructions carefully, remained attentive throughout the survey, and provided genuine responses. I participated with the understanding that successful completion would result in compensation, as clearly stated on your platform.
After my payment was denied, I researched your company further and found a large number of Trustpilot reviews describing the same situation. Many users report spending significant time on surveys only to have their earnings withheld without explanation. This pattern raises serious concerns about the integrity of your compensation process.
Participants are not volunteers; their time and effort have value. Denying payment after surveys are completed is misleading and unacceptable. I upheld my end of the agreement and expect your company to do the same. I am requesting that this decision be reconsidered and that my payment be released immediately. Failure to resolve this matter will only validate the widespread criticism your platform has received.

I thought I am helping to research, though after a few minutes sharing my data, I realised to help sales and marketing and selling my data to be targeted by calls.
Really a great platform, the survey was great, the payment was fast and communication was top notch. thanks GrapeData.
Only one survey completed but reviered and paid really fast. I hope it is always like this.
