I ordered a 100 dollar transformers and It didn't ship after a month and I reordered and it has been about another month and it still didn't ship absolutely a waste of 200 dollars

Fake Profile and Gre Granterprise LLC is a Fake company and a Scam!! They will sell your credit card information. Luckily I caught on before it was too late while they tried 5 times to fraudulently use my cc number to make other purchases. Facebook refuses to take down their website even though it is fraud.

Can’t believe all these good reviews are legitimate. I attempted to make a purchase from this website, which has a very large online store. After making my order, I received an email that said: “Thanks for your order. It’s on-hold until we confirm that payment has been received. In the meantime, here’s a reminder of what you ordered.” One day later I received an email that said “ Your order on Big Store With Big Sale , Shop Now has been refunded. There are more details below for your reference.” I replied to this email to ask why my order had been canceled and the reply was “ your order canceled because your payment was not successfully processed” (like that, without addressing me or using capitalization). There was more than enough credit line on my credit card to make the purchase so I became suspicious at this point and googled reviews of the business, and found that many people had the same experience and then started getting bogus charges on their credit cards. So I started keeping an eye on my credit card. This morning I received an email from Intuit indicating that someone had requested a verification code to access my account. I have not used my Intuit (TurboTax) for over 10 years, so I checked my credit card and sure enough there were a number of fraudulent charges on it. I canceled my credit card immediately and contacted Intuit to make sure no one had accessed my account, and also contacted Experian to put a security freeze on my account. This company now has my name, email, credit card number, address and is obviously using this information for credit card fraud and possibly also identity theft. I have reported them to the BBB as the scam they are.

Purchased Christmas gift for 2 yr old son. Never got a shipped email. Reached out after several days, their response of “Your order was canceled because your payment was not successfully processed.” No pleasantries like hello or anything, seemed short and a bit rude but fine. Probably busy. (Checked with bank, no issue) Asked why I was not notified after 5 days of waiting so I could fix it and pay with a different card and how to give them that card info, they refused to respond. Had to purchase elsewhere since they wouldn’t respond to me. Seems scammy. Will be watching account info closely.

I think this website is a scam. I ordered three different times. Nothing ever shipped. When I asked about order status then they just refunded my card. Customer service is short and unfriendly. Something is very fishy about this business.

As all the other 1 star reviewers said, this website is a scam site. The MO is exactly the same as was described by the previous 1 start reviewers...you buy a product, then send an email saying it's on "hold" until the payment is confirmed, they refund the change on your CC (there is no email saying that the order is cancelled, just the refund), and within a couple of days you start seeing charges on your CC that you did not authorize, which is the result of them just phishing for your card info. Stay away, this is a scam site, pure and simple.

Worse scam ever. Ordered and next morning they cancelled. I’ve notified credit card company to be on look out for purchases coming through.

This company is a scam, do not believe the reviews. Order was cancelled and refunded, next day credit card was used trying to purchase $2088.00 twice at Lowes.com. Thankfully my credit card company caught this and we had to cancel cards. Phone number doesn't work and address is not legit. Same people as GoGo Store, Big Store with Big Sale, Gre Enterprise. These names do not appear until payment is made. Avoid these people.

It's a scam, they'll take your details, say they'll send you a confirmation email upon receipt of payment, and then refund you the next day. They're just phishing for details, don't use this site, do not

I have attempted to make multiple purchases with this company. Each one lead to a charge on my card that was immediately returned and I was told that the bank denied the charge. Later on, the two cards I used were being used without my permission.

This is the only websites I had used one of the two cards. It's obvious they are a scam website and should be shut down.

Scam website to collect your credit card data. They cancel/refund your order/money the next day and tell that their bank cancelled transaction and thats it. Other positive reviews are manufactured and fake.
I tried with multiple cards on different days and same case every time. Its a scam and should be removed.

Cancelled order after 1 day. Seems likely that this website just tricked me into getting my credit card details. Phone number doesn't work. Email/Chat have questionable responses, makes me think this is overseas.

Buyer Beware. I would be cautious about supplying this company with payment information. After initially sending me a delayed order confirmation and waiting several days, I contacted their customer support to check my order status. Their phone number is a google voice account and I got no answer.

Their online chat agent disconnected with me after telling me to wait as she checked on my order. Started a second chat on a new browser and she said she would forward my cancellation and then send me an email. At the same time the same "agent" returned to my original chat to state, "your order was declined by our bank." I still have not received that e-mail "Nicole" promised. I don't know what bank they use but they rejected Capital One a reputable financial institution.

I find the positive reviews suspicious. There is a YouTube review that is also suspiciously positive with many same day commenters about how great they are.

BEWARE. VERY DISSATISFIED. This is my experience and my opinion. Hopefully you find it informative.
