Terrible experience and customer service, including from the CEO directly.
After purchasing a VIP package via Ticketmaster which was not provided as advertised (lots of missing elements, no merchandise etc), I was advised to speak to Granted as the provider of the VIP package.
Over 2 months has now passed of back and forths between Granted customer service, in which they have just ignored me (and other customers) and provided no resolution to the issues in hand.
I would not recommend purchasing any VIP products sold by Live Nation / Ticketmaster but provided by Granted in future.
