When purchasing these tiles there was…

When purchasing these tiles there was no mention of a £50 delivery charge , the charge didn’t show until after the order went through.
Please can you refund the delivery charge plus vat or cancel my order

Easy ordering

Easy ordering. Would really like notification of dispatch. I had already left work when the courier arrived and had to drive back. All looked ok when I arrived back later
