When ordered stated 7-10 working days. Took 15 working days, Delivered on 2/5, phew, going on holiday on the 4th.
I received this 'tell us your experience' notice on the 19/4 when nothing else heard re delivery until Fed-Ex sent a message stating package being shipped. I was just starting to get worried as it appears dispatch had been delayed in Hong Kong?
All arrived OK today.
Would have been a 5 star if I had been told earlier there had been a delay.

Your offered delivery timescale is very misleading. It gives the impression of a 48 hour service within the UK. What you mean to say is: we may take 7 days, 10 days or more..... before a final "48 hours timescale once within the UK". Now you have the temerity to ask me how did I appreciate your service (given - you think, mistakenedly - that I have received the goods). Except that Grandy's don't even realise that, almost a fortnight after placing my order and taking my payment, the lens still has not even entered the UK. Perhaps you should sell your service as "delivery will be a couple of weeks or more, but we offer very, very keen prices - if this combination appeals, we'd love your business."

Nothing has arrived. I ordered the camera over two weeks ago and have been given a traching number and invoice but nothing has shipped. Very poor service.

Canon camera ordered 12th of April, still getting excuses about why it hasn't been shipped on the 27th. Website shows 5-7 business days, we are currently on 10 working days and counting.
Requested to cancel order promised to be credited back to us end of day 26th, No credit given and now just ignored on their live chat. Pay by paypal there's a high chance you'll need the protection. Stick to a uk reseller for your sanity.

I’ve still not received my camera and I paid for it 12 days ago

Cannot fault the product and certainly not the price.
Only issue was the common one of delays to delivery, but kept informed and delays not unacceptable.

Worst online experience ever, ordered with 3 weeks before my holiday lens needed for my new camera giving me plenty of time to get used to it before departure, I have contacted them constantly & been assured would be with me in time. We have been informed it will be delivered tomorrow, which is the day we are supposed to leave for our holiday (we are having to leave a day later & miss a day of our holiday, almost 3 weeks! And we’ve not received it yet!

No telephone number to talk to Customer services. Communications Poor
I thought I was dealing with a UK company however the item was in Hong Kong and took two weeks to arrive.

Despite this I would probably order from them again, but now I know the limitations.

I’m pretty sure the reviews here are fake. After I paid for my item I got an email from the company asking me to send them a photo of my id with my picture and address. What a ridiculous request. Of course I refused and cancelled my order I would stay away from them for sure. They did cancel the order but did not give any reason why they want my ID

Really pleased with the camera, the price was great and the delivery was fairly quick.

Very good company to communicate with. Delivered as they said they would. It took a fair while for the camera to arrive but it eventually arrived in perfect condition.

The camera itself is good. The service could be improved by giving an accurate account of when the product will be delivered. I waited 2 weeks before contacting them to ask when the item would be shipped it then arrived a few days later.

Easy to order, a great price and fast delivery once it was in stock.

Excellent service from Grandy's Cameras!

My new Canon EOS R7 came from Hong Kong, so it took a couple of weeks to get here, but well worth it in terms of the £500+ savings I made.
The slight downside is the warranty arrangements which are not covered in the UK, but the camera package arrived exactly as expected.
I would highly recommend this seller. If you are still unsure, buy with your credit card.

My grandchildren call me Grandy so when searching for a supplier for my Nikon p950 Grandy's Camera came up, how could I resist? - particularly as it was offered here at the best price! The package was delivered as promised, very securely wrapped and I had been informed about its progress every step of the way. The contents were exactly what I wanted in perfect condition. I ordered from Grandy’s as they were offering the best price on Google. I didn’t realise that they deal Grey imports. When I realised I was a bit worried but I read other reviews and was put at ease.

The website says they ship from UK, Hong Kong and one other country. I suspect most orders originate from Hong Kong.

The shipping time said 5-7 working days but it took a little bit longer. However the camera arrived, it was brand new with factory seal.

I contacted customer services by chat on one occasion and they were pretty responsive.

I would probably buy from here again, but not if I needed a product in a rush. The shipping was by FedEx so I did get updates as it travelled via Belgium and France.

Overall good value for money.
