Grand Union replaced an aging boiler and 3 x radiators at my house. The service was excellent throughout. Both Andy and Mitch were really helpful, tidy in their work and conscientious to get the job completed despite an "interesting" technical issue identified late on a Friday evening. I would recommend without any reservations.

Tomasz was very respectful of our property, courteous & quickly replaced our leaky tap and checked there was no leaks before leaving.

We needed our boiler serviced fairly quickly as it was making lots of noise. I found Grand Union on Trustpilot for companies working in or near Newport Pagnell.
I filled in the request form & Mitch phoned me very quickly & the service was booked for 2 days away.
I had a message early in the morning & another one saying the engineer was due in 7 minutes.
Andy serviced the boiler checking everything throughly & explained what he was doing. A really lovely man & I would recommend this nice company fully.

Mitch was prompt, professional and friendly and quickly located the problem with the boiler. He talked me through the whole process, showing me exactly what was wrong and how it could be mended. I was also impressed by the fact that, on the follow-on invoice, there were pictures of the work carried out - very good for my records. I'm glad Grand Union was recommended to me and I'm very happy to further recommend with five stars.

Serviced system found water in side boiler checked it all and worked out it had come through the flue in last nights windy rain. Very happy.
