Order not received, not refunded
I placed an order on the Grand Turk Bazaar website on 17 December 2025 for 1 kg of Pure Sahlep, for which I paid €142.15. My order number is 5444. The product was never delivered, and on 21 December 2025 I was promised a refund, which I still have not received. I live in France, and due to the long delay I contacted Grand Turk Bazaar by email on 7 January 2026 to ask about the missing delivery and the promised refund, but I have not received any response to my message.
