First I would think that Trustpilot would question reviews before posting an unfair review. The gentleman from the UK for help after he put a hole in parachute material expecting a new hammock is ludicrous. I’ve had ENO’s, Eagle Nest, Kammock’s Roo, & Grand Funks. All of them are still kicking it. The parachute material just holds up. So unless you cut it with a knife or burned it with a cigarette, that’s on you. Trustpilot should remove the bogus review.

Well.., so wanted to love my hammock and the product is good... But their "100% guaranteed warranty" is nothing outside of the USA (I am UK based). Be warned. I had the misfortune of making a small hole in the fabric of my hammock and when reached out for help, I got a vague reply that I am on my own and good luck fixing it. This is just not a very good customer support...

I love the hammocks by Grand Truck! They are absolutely 99 percent durable against so so much much things. I have used mine on numerous trips and backpacking trips at altitudes above 9,500 feet MSL and they outlast the most unstable weather conditions imaginable. For example, my Grand Trunk Hammock out did rainy weather and the scorching hot summer weather in desert dry conditions. I am not a meteorologist but I totally appreciate the fine and durable textures of the Grand Trunk Hammocks.
