They had in stock shoes of my size (not at all easy being a eu 48.5) had great tracking and swift delivery in just 3 working days from spain to italy, the shoes were perfect, and inside the box was a hand written thank you and even some candy, will obviously shop from them again and so should you.

I bought shoes from Grand Shoes South Gate mall Johannesburg in October wore them once and had blisters and returned them to the shop to complain, within that October 2023. I was given a slip and I was told that they will speak to the Hush Puppy company regarding my complain. I went back to the shop and a Faye was called and she refused to give me an exchange nor my money back. As a consumer I was not happy about the comfort of the shoes. I would like to take this further because I'm being mistreated, they said they will buy the shoe grapper and they don't guarantee any comfort. 😮‍💨 Please let me know what I need to do going forward. Big size shoes! I think this is one of the best site for big size shoes! I live in Italy, the shipping was too fast. The shoes are perfect! Five stars absolutly for this shop!

Used to love this company and their one killer feature. Having the size of the shoes measured and given in centimeters.
Shoe sizes differs widely between brands so to have that measurement really made it easy and efficient to shop.

Ever since Footway Group bought the company it has turned into a parody of itself.
Focus is now on what brands they have, customer service sidestep questions, measurements are gone.

It was the only place I bought shoes from, I recommended it to everyone with bigger shoe sizes and now I will never buy or recommend them again.
