Leaking roof. Company not responding
This company has given us a twenty five year guarantee on a flat roof they installed in 2011.
The roof has been leaking since February 2020. Water coming in still. We contacted them by phone, texts and E mail and they still haven't come to look at it. The roof is still leaking.
We will contact them once more then go to trading standards.
