Avoid - Door not completed 6 months after deposit paid

Paid for windows and porch infill in October 2025, still not delivered a fully functional door, top part missing and blaming suppliers. The owner has given a plethora of excuses blaming the suppliers, family health, his accident, broken ribs, admitted to hospital. Paid via PayPal (big mistake)

Nil accountability or apology, owner had the audacity to blame my PayPal claim on supplier stopping production. Tried to say he will involve his solicitor when I refused to accept his cause of action.

One window is faulty, have reported twice to the owner and nearly a month later no action.

Would not recommend.
