worst experience ever
My experience with Grand Mother’s Touch was highly disappointing and unprofessional. I was hired and completed my first day of training, only to be let go later that day without a clear explanation. I later found out that the owner misinterpreted a simple, professional greeting I extended to someone at the office, baselessly questioning my intentions.
More importantly, despite following their instructions to send an invoice for my training hours, the company has stopped responding to my messages and refuses to pay for the time worked. I have since learned that this erratic behavior toward staff is a recurring issue. I would not recommend this company to job seekers or clients, as they lack integrity and fail to comply with Ontario’s labor laws regarding unpaid wages.
