Finally! The perfect high-waist trousers. I have been searching for high-quality trousers in this exact wide-leg style for a very long time, and Grand Le Mar absolutely delivered. The quality of these high-waist trousers is exceptional, and they fit beautifully. On top of a fantastic product, the customer service team is brilliant. Delivery was also incredibly fast and efficient. Buying from them has been an absolute joy from start to finish—I cannot recommend them enough and I will definitely be buying more!

First off I had a terrible logistical experience to even receive the product. Once received it fit poorly and the zip was broken so it was returned. Now 9 months later I am being asked for a review so here it is!

Easy ordering and fast delivery

I ordered a pair of trousers and a roll-neck. The order arrived within the stated delivery time and – so far – the quality is really good. I had to exchange a pair of trousers, which wasn’t a problem; communication with customer service was quick and helpful.
I have just two minor complaints: I ordered to Switzerland and would have liked a note during the payment process stating that VAT would be charged. I do not think the note in the last paragraph of the shipping policy is sufficiently transpartent. I also had a slight issue with the store credit, which was not deposited into my account. Although this was resolved via two emails, it was still a bit of a nuisance.
