NOW THEIR NAME IS LUXURY GRAIL , my experience is horrible communication, not the same price on a site, in reality they answer to me that price was higher, poor quality of products, cheap smell of products and lying when I was trying to communicate about refund, they answer that they send me money months ago, but I didn´t recieve any payment from them to this day.

I ordered a while ago from them and it just arrived, the quality is just amazing, they were a bit unresponsive in the beginning but they told me because of corona they had some issues. They have assured me that it is fixed now. Will definitely order again.

Seems to be not legitimate
I ordered clothes from their website over 4 weeks ago and they said it would arrive within 3 to 10 days. The thing that frustrates me the most is that they are unresponsive so you start having doubts whether they are legitimate or not. The mistake I made is I ordered through card... make sure you pay with PayPal so you can claim a dispute if your order never arrives. And, yes my order still hasn’t arrived and they didn’t reply to my emails...
