Company never delivered my gift, no customer care number. I wrote this company twice with no response and there is no other way to contact them except through messaging. Very disappointed and embarrassed as I told the receiver to be on the lookout for my gift which never arrived.

Ordered 4 different puzzles the main reason I ordered was the elephant puzzle. My brother’s boy addicted with elephants. So I got 3other puzzles but elephant never came. Waited 5weeks for delivery.

Its still stuck in China after 15 days
