Above and beyond

Great customer service at this busy builders merchant. A big shout out to Lee who took the time to show me the type of things I needed for our project, printed me out the prices and added the vat price as well for my information. Supplied me with brochure to help. I returned the next day with hubby and ordered our goods, they offered to deliver for us that day. On finishing our project we has a 5 mt length of cladding to return. Telephoned them first thing Monday morning to ask how we return it and they had a van delivering in our area and within 20 mins, it was collected to be returned for a refund. Fantastic customer service from all staff that work here. Highly recommend
